About me

I was born in Haren (Ems), a small town in the north of Germany.
After having completed my studies in business administration in Osnabrück, I came to Mannheim in 2001 for my Ph.D studies, working as a research and teaching assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Hans Peter Grüner, who was also my Ph.D advisor. I received my Ph.D in 2006. Currently, I am Post-doc Fellow in Politcal Economy.
My primary research interest is devoted to information transmission and information aggregation in organizations and decision making with constrained information processing capacities.
